Our cancellation period is 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for special events).

Cancelling 14 days before arrival (30 days for special events), you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling within 14 days of your arrival date (30 days for special events) and you will forfeit the entire deposit.

No refund for a shortened stay.

RESERVATION AND RATE ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS CHARGED.

The deposit we charge is the first night’s stay plus 12.5% tax, per room.

SPECIAL EVENTS

FANTASY FEST, for multiple nights, deposit is 50% of the total amount due.
NEW YEAR'S, for multiple nights, deposit is 50% of the total amount due.

Upon your arrival, when checking in at the office, please be ready to pay your remaining balance.

"No Shows" will have the remainder of the reservation cancelled after the first night.

Specific rooms may be requested, but are not guaranteed. An equal or better room may be substituted.
